Full job description

Administrator/Receptionist

We are a busy GP surgery looking to recruit a friendly, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Administration and Reception Team.

The position is part time from 27 hours per week. The hours would be from 8.30am-6pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday however some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the Practice including some evening and weekend working from time to time and also to cover annual leave and sickness.

Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to remain calm, empathic and professional when faced with challenging situations. They should be organised, motivated, be able to work on their own initiative and be a great team player.
