The Role:
- Job title: Scheduling and Support Coordinator.
- Location: Portsmouth, PO6 3TH.
- Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31.08.2027.
- Hours: part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible.
- Salary package: £15,870 p.a.
Please note this role is a Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave.
As our Scheduling and Planning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our operational services. Working as part of the Service Team, you will coordinate and schedule activities across key contracts, ensuring resources are planned effectively and services are delivered efficiently.
You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, building strong relationships and acting as a key point of coordination to keep operations running smoothly. Alongside this, you will support the monitoring and reporting of ATP testing, helping to ensure we consistently deliver environments that are clean, hygienic and safe for all building users.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys planning, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will report to the Service Manager.
