Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklung und Implementierung einer ganzheitlichen Ersatzteilstrategie unter Berücksichtigung von Beschaffung, Bestandsmanagement, Preisgestaltung und Lebenszyklusmanagement
Koordination zentraler und regionaler Lagerstandorte zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Kostenkontrolle und termingerechter Lieferung
Definition und Überwachung von Governance-Strukturen im Bestandsmanagement über alle Standorte hinweg
Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines standortübergreifenden Teams aus Logistik-, Lager- und Bestandsmanagement-Experten
Gestaltung und Harmonisierung von End-to-End-Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette von der Bedarfsplanung bis zur Retourenabwicklung
Analyse und Optimierung zentraler KPIs wie Bestandsumschlag, Lieferfähigkeit, Fehlmengenquote, Transportkosten und Obsoleszenz
Steuerung und Umsetzung von Lean- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit
Entwicklung und Pflege eines standardisierten Ersatzteilkatalogs mit einheitlicher Struktur, Klassifizierung und Beschreibung
Konzeption und Implementierung eines digitalen Ersatzteil-Webshops inklusive Bestell-, Zahlungs- und Tracking-Funktionalitäten
Einführung digitaler Lösungen zur Echtzeit-Transparenz von Beständen und Logistikprozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Finance, Supply Chain und Service zur Integration von Prozessen und Optimierung der Gesamtperformance
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich Logistik und Pricing
Förderung des standortübergreifenden Austauschs von Best Practices sowie Organisation von Trainings und Workshops

Ihre Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ersatzteillogistik oder industrieller Supply Chain, idealerweise im B2B- oder Anlagenbauumfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bestandsoptimierung, Lagerlogistik sowie ERP-Systemen wie SAP, Oracle oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
Erfahrung im Bereich digitaler Lösungen, insbesondere im Aufbau von Ersatzteil-Webshops oder E-Commerce-Plattformen, von Vorteil
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung standortübergreifender oder internationaler Teams
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sicherer Umgang mit operativen und finanziellen Kennzahlen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie zusätzliche europäische Sprachen von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb der EMEA-Region

English Version

Your Tasks:

Development and implementation of a comprehensive spare parts strategy covering sourcing, inventory management, pricing, and lifecycle management
Coordination of central and regional warehouses to ensure availability, cost control, and on-time delivery performance
Definition and monitoring of governance structures for inventory management across all entities
Leadership and development of a cross-site team of logistics, warehouse, and inventory management professionals
Design and harmonization of end-to-end processes across the entire value chain, from demand planning to returns management
Analysis and optimization of key KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, stock-out ratio, transportation costs, and obsolescence
Driving and execution of lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability
Development and maintenance of a standardized spare parts catalog with unified structure, classification, and descriptions
Design and implementation of a digital spare parts webshop including ordering, payment, and tracking functionalities
Implementation of digital solutions enabling real-time visibility of inventory and logistics processes
Close collaboration with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service to integrate processes and optimize overall performance
Ensuring compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory requirements in logistics and pricing
Promotion of best-practice sharing across sites and organization of trainings and workshops

Your Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience in spare parts logistics or industrial supply chain, ideally in a B2B or capital equipment environment
Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, warehouse management, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
Experience in digital solutions, especially in spare parts webshop or e-commerce environments, is an advantage
Proven experience in leading multi-site or international teams
Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of operational and financial KPIs
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region
