After a successful expansion into Leeds, we’re now growing our Events Team and welcoming enthusiastic entry-level candidates who want to learn, grow, and progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming and engaging customers in a friendly, professional way
Explaining products, services, and promotions clearly and confidently
Listening to customer needs and offering suitable solutions
Working towards individual and team targets (with training and support)
Helping with event setup, displays, and pack-down
Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
Representing partner brands to a high standard at all times

You’ll learn how to confidently engage with customers, deliver a great experience, and support successful event campaigns — no experience needed, full training provided.
