Full job description

JLR Divisional Fleet based in Leeds

Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking for a role where your skills make a real difference? We’re excited to welcome a Fleet Administrator to our friendly team at Vertu JLR Divisional Fleet team based at Land Rover Leeds.

Salary: £28,090
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – no weekends

Role Overview:

As a Fleet Administrator, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the vehicle ordering and delivery process. Key responsibilities include:

Managing vehicle orders from manufacturers through to delivery.
Coordinating bookings, payments, and delivery documentation.
Completing invoicing, vehicle taxing, and maintaining accurate records.
Updating spreadsheets and managing data using Excel.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email and telephone.
Supporting internal departments to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
Strong IT, PC, and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
