£30,000 basic salary + average £4,000 bonus (uncapped earning potential)

The Role

As a Sales Executive, your focus will be on retaining patients, re-engaging enquiries, and converting opportunities into booked and completed treatment.

You’ll speak with patients who may be uncertain, hesitant, or considering alternative options, building trust, handling objections confidently, and helping them move forward with treatment. This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who enjoys influencing outcomes and delivering results while maintaining an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Re-engaging lost or inactive leads and converting opportunities
Saving deals and retaining patients who may not initially proceed
Explaining treatment plans, pricing, and finance options clearly and confidently
Following up proactively to maintain a strong pipeline
Converting leads into consultations, booked appointments, and paid treatments
Managing the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment completion
Maximising clinician diary utilisation and supporting practice revenue
Working closely with clinicians and reception teams
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and conversion targets

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is essential
Experience in retention, objections handling, or high conversion environments is highly desirable
Dental, healthcare, or aesthetics experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Confident handling objections and closing sales
Organised, self motivated, and target driven
Professional, proactive, and eager to grow
