Senior PPC Manager
Location: Huddersfield, hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior PPC Manager to join our Performance Marketing team and take ownership of our PPC strategy across 247 Blinds and Curtains.
This is a hands-on role with real commercial impact. You’ll manage a multi-million-pound PPC budget across Search, Shopping, PMax, AI Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and Microsoft Ads, driving profitable growth and helping shape the future of paid media in a growing eCommerce business.
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative and high-performing team where you’ll have the autonomy to test, learn, improve performance and influence wider business growth.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own and lead the PPC strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, making sure activity is aligned to revenue, margin and wider business objectives.
You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, AI Max, YouTube and Demand Gen, with a clear focus on growth, efficiency and commercial return.
You’ll build quarterly and annual roadmaps, prioritising activity based on opportunity, performance and commercial impact.
You’ll lead product feed strategy and optimisation, working closely with eCommerce and technical teams to improve feed quality and campaign performance.
You’ll monitor performance closely, identify risks and opportunities, and act quickly where results are not tracking to plan.
You’ll create a strong testing and innovation plan, including new formats, campaign structures, audiences, creative assets and emerging platform features.
You’ll own performance reporting, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and translated into clear commercial recommendations.
You’ll work closely with teams across Trading, Creative, Organic, Product and Finance, as well as agency and platform partners, to make sure PPC is fully aligned with wider business priorities.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with strong PPC experience who enjoys taking ownership, making data-led decisions and delivering measurable commercial results.
You’ll need:
At least 5 years’ PPC experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency-side
Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics
Experience managing large-scale PPC budgets and delivering performance at scale
Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on revenue, profit, ROAS, CPA, COS, margin and long-term growth
Experience across Search, Shopping and PMax
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear actions
A proactive approach to testing, optimisation and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and explain performance clearly
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A genuine interest in PPC, performance marketing and emerging platform developments
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in an eCommerce or retail environment
Experience working with feed optimisation tools and large product catalogues
Exposure to advanced measurement frameworks, such as incrementality testing or attribution modelling
Why join us?
This is a great opportunity to own and shape PPC strategy within a growing eCommerce business.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy, real influence over commercial performance and the chance to make a visible impact.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team with strong cross-functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to work closely with key areas of the business and help drive growth.
You’ll also have the opportunity to test new ideas, explore emerging formats and bring fresh thinking into our performance marketing activity.
