IMA are opening our doors this summer for a 6-week placement programme designed for the next generation of creators, makers, editors, thinkers and culture shapers.
THIS IS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO
Know how to make content feel native, not forced
Can shoot, edit, retouch and create ideas that actually stop the scroll
Understand social culture and UGC inside out
Have a camera in one hand and CapCut open in the other
Explore AI artistry, emerging tech, creative tools and what the future of content looks like
You’ll work alongside our production, tech, AI and social teams creating real work for real brands.

No coffee runs. No pointless admin. Just making things people care about.
We don’t just want CVs.
We want to see how you think creatively.

This is a paid internship, based out of our Leeds Dock Office.
3rd August 2026 - 11th September 2026.
Hours will be Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM. You will be required in the office most days to get the best out of your time with us.
