Using ladders is essential so anyone afraid of heights need not apply.
Job involves sealing external window frames, doors, garages, meter boxes, pipe penetrations etc, internal showers, baths, sink basins, tiled/vinyl floors, kitchens, windows, external wall skirting boards for air tests and integral garages. ALL to a very high standard.
Previous experience not needed as full training will be given on the job for the right candidate who shows willing during the probation period
Must be able to easily commute to Wakefield for set off times due to working on various new build sites across Yorkshire and further afield
Hard hat and Hi viz will be provided. Will need to provide own safety boots (steel toe cap)
Starting wage will be £12.71 per hour but will increase with experience on site (Will be on a self employed basis)
