We’re looking for an organised and proactive Content Production Manager to support the delivery of high-quality creative projects across our social and content teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and can confidently coordinate people, projects and production workflows from concept through to delivery.
You’ll play a key role in keeping creative projects moving smoothly across the agency. Working closely with internal teams, freelance talent and external production partners, you’ll oversee schedules, manage workflows and ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
From coordinating shoots and managing production logistics to improving processes and supporting day-to-day team operations, you’ll help create an efficient and collaborative environment for creative delivery.
