This agency combines strategic thinking, audience insight, creativity and media expertise to deliver outstanding results for clients. They're now looking for an experienced Media Strategy And Insight Director to help shape the future of their Leeds team.
You'll lead the development of data-informed media strategies, using audience, market and campaign insights to guide planning and investment decisions across channels. While offline media expertise remains essential, this role is increasingly focused on turning data into actionable recommendations that drive better outcomes for clients.
Working closely with the digital, labs and SEO teams, you'll ensure every campaign is built on robust insight and delivered through a genuinely integrated approach.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Leading client relationships: Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, building long-term partnerships and providing strategic counsel.
✔ Turning insight into strategy: Using audience, market and campaign performance data to shape media recommendations and investment decisions.
✔ Strategic leadership: Leading planning conversations, solving complex client challenges and delivering commercially effective media strategies.
✔ Team leadership: Managing and mentoring your team, ensuring consistently high standards while supporting individual development.
✔ Media planning excellence: Overseeing the planning, buying and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, with particular strength across offline media including TV, radio and print.
✔ Driving growth: Identifying opportunities for new business, innovation and smarter media solutions that create value for clients.
✔ Integrated thinking: Collaborating with specialists across digital, SEO and data teams to create joined-up, insight-led campaigns.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Skills and Experience
- 4+ years' experience working across offline media channels including TV, radio and print.
- Strong planning and buying experience across multiple media channels, particularly TV.
- Experience using audience, market and campaign performance data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to build and grow senior client relationships.
- Experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge thinking and influence decision-making.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to bring data and insight to life for clients.
