Property Report Management Services (PRMS) is an independent property inventory provider, specialising in delivering high-quality, compliant, and TDS-approved property inventory, mid-term, and check-out reports. We prioritise innovation and take pride in our commitment to providing the highest standards of service, focusing on excellence rather than mere quantity.

Job Title: Property Inventory Clerk (Leeds)

About PRMS:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in the Leeds area. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site property inspections with remote report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough property inventory checks, mid-term inspections, and check-out reports for residential properties.
Accurately record the condition of properties, including fixtures, fittings, and any damages or discrepancies.
Take comprehensive photographic evidence to support written reports.
Prepare detailed and compliant inventory reports using our proprietary software.
Maintain open communication with property managers, landlords, and tenants throughout the process.
Adhere to PRMS's high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Required Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in using a modern smartphone or tablet with high-quality camera and wide-view capability.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Access to reliable transportation for reaching properties across the Leeds area.

Experience:

Previous experience in property inventory management required.
