We are looking for a Creative Lead who can shape our creative vision while guiding a talented team of designers and creative professionals. You won't simply oversee projects—you'll define creative direction, raise design standards, and ensure every piece of work reflects strategic thinking and exceptional execution.

You will lead multidisciplinary creative projects, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, and bridge business objectives with innovative design solutions. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative culture where creativity, quality, and continuous improvement are part of every project.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction: Lead the development of creative concepts, visual identities, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Project Leadership: Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Team Development: Mentor designers and creative professionals through constructive feedback, design reviews, and ongoing coaching.

Brand Excellence: Maintain high creative standards while ensuring all work aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and business goals.

Client Collaboration: Present creative concepts, communicate design decisions confidently, and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Innovation: Stay informed on emerging design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve the studio's creative output.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in creative design, branding, advertising, or visual communications, including experience leading projects or mentoring creative teams.

Portfolio: An impressive portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, brand development, campaign execution, and high-quality visual design across multiple mediums.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Figma and other collaborative design tools is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to confidently present ideas, explain creative decisions, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Leadership Style: A proactive, collaborative leader who inspires creativity, manages priorities effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment while delivering outstanding results.

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
