Role Overview: As the Marketing & Operations Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in the team, driving results and sharing insights across various channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook. You'll be expected to develop a vision for the company's marketing initiatives and actively seek case studies and opportunities to showcase the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email marketing campaigns and social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook to engage audiences and build brand presence
- Create and distribute regular newsletters to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Maintain and update the website regularly to ensure it reflects the brand and supports marketing objectives
- Plan and oversee the creation of content such as case studies and promotional materials, and manage the organisation's content library
- Monitor and respond to reviews in line with brand guidance to support reputation management
- Engage with schools and stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and provide marketing support
- Maintain and update brand kits in Canva, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Support marketing campaigns, projects, development of training presentations, and wider team initiatives
- Coordinate events to increase awareness and applications
- Assist with creating promotional materials and signage for marketing activity
- Support with client enquiries, booking management, analysis, manage training journeys including facilitation, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience
- Stay informed on new technologies and AI tools that could improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency

How does the training work? There are five key elements:
- Virtual LIVE 'Masterclasses' and webinars hosted by Digital Marketing Specialists
- Monthly 1:1s with experienced Marketing Coaches from Working Knowledge.
- Community - peer-to-peer support, guidance and expert knowledge - ask any questions!
- Loads of online written and video materials specific to the Academy and Digital Marketing.
- Courses in Google Analytics and Principles of Marketing to bulk up your Digital Marketing expertise!
For the first 14 months of this role, you will be enrolled in the Digital Marketing Academy, an award-winning Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship programme. You will learn a wide range of digital marketing knowledge, skills and behaviours from expert marketers:

Working hours: 8.30 - 5.00 (1 Hr lunch)
Pay: £18,000 - £24,000 on completion, with a £1,500 pay increase every 4 months based on KPI's.
