The Marketing Co-ordinator role is diverse and fast-paced, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys getting stuck into all aspects of marketing communications. You’ll also support on both centrally-led campaigns and bespoke, service-line initiatives that drive brand awareness and support business development.

As the Marketing Co-ordinator, you will:
Create and publish marketing communications across email, social media, website and intranet channels to support firm-wide campaigns and maximise engagement- Contribute to centrally managed, strategic marketing campaigns, including campaign research, delivery and KPI monitoring
- Support senior BD team members, Partners and lawyers to develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns across different service lines that increase brand awareness and support client growth
- Work with the Digital Marketing Lead to monitor and improve email performance, using A/B testing, audience segmentation and best practice techniques
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing output reflects key client trends, feeding back performance insights and identifying new campaign opportunities
- Support the creation and publication of high-quality marketing collateral, publications and client-facing materials
- Publish social media content to promote campaigns, insights and firm activity, ensuring maximum reach and engagement
- Support the events team with planning and delivery to achieve client engagement objectives
- Coordinate external suppliers, including managing photography requirements where needed
We are looking for:
A marketing qualification such as CIM or Digital Marketing Institute or working towards one would be an advantage.- Familiarity with the full marketing mix, and an understanding of how to create integrated campaigns to deliver stated objectives through the right choice of channel.
- Experience of delivering impactful marketing through a broad range of tactics including email, social media, thought leadership and other content, sponsorship, press and web.
- An understanding of marketing and CRM data and how to use it to evaluate campaigns and continuously improve marketing activity.
- Experience of creating and curating publications including newsletters, magazines and horizon scanners.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal clients and suppliers.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work confidentially and on highly confidential matters; respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information relating to Walker Morris and clients' matters and maintaining a high standard of the Walker Morris brand.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools to track, analyse and report on campaign, content and channel performance would be beneficial or simply enthusiasm to learn.

Salary reflective of your experience.- Earn up to 10% of your salary with our annual bonus scheme.
