PACIFIC LIFESTYLE LIMITED
SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Company:
Pacific has been designing and importing an extensive range of indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, and home accessories for over 50 years. Proudly based in Yorkshire throughout our history, we now operate from a purpose-built facility that brings together our offices, showrooms, and warehousing. We provide a comprehensive, end-to-end service to both our trade partners and direct customers.
Alongside our established wholesale offering, Pacific has developed a growing direct-to-consumer presence through our B2C brand, Ruma.co.uk, delivering stylish, contemporary home products directly to customers online.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Creative Team with a talented Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive. This role will suit someone with a strong creative eye and a strategic mindset, capable of planning, managing, and delivering both paid and organic social media campaigns, while producing engaging content across multiple digital channels.
The Opportunity;
If you have a flair for both paid and organic social media, with experience managing multiple accounts across Instagram, Meta platforms, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and creative business.
As our Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of both the day-to-day management and the strategic direction of social media activity across our brands. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging, platform-specific content, growing our online communities, and delivering measurable results across both paid and organic channels.
You’ll be involved at every stage of the creative process – from campaign planning and concept development through to collaborating closely with our in-house photographer to produce high-quality content for both social media and web.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative individual to become a key member of our team and take the lead on our social media presence, supported by our wider internal teams and external digital and creative partners.
The Role:
· Play an active role in creating engaging content for our social media strategy, including posts, reels, stories, and interactive formats across multiple platforms.
· Plan and deliver high-quality content, including copy and visuals, working closely with the wider team to execute campaigns effectively.
· Schedule content to maximise reach and performance, and actively engage with our online community at key peak times, with flexibility to respond outside standard hours when required.
· Write compelling, on-brand copy for all social channels, using platform analytics and insights to drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
· Lead on social media photography requirements, collaborating with our in-house photographer, Creative Director, and Marketing Manager to produce imagery aligned with campaign objectives.
· Manage allocated budgets for paid social and influencer activity, ensuring spend is optimised to meet agreed targets and performance metrics.
· Work alongside the Creative Director, Marketing Manager, and external agencies on ongoing website management, with a focus on content creation and uploads.
· Monitor website and social media performance, working with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
· Keep a close eye on competitor activity and wider market trends, making informed recommendations to enhance our own digital presence.
· Proactively bring forward new ideas and innovative approaches to improve customer engagement and conversion across all digital platforms.
· Take ownership of the influencer strategy, managing activity and content to ensure alignment with campaign goals and budgets.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date content calendars and asset trackers to support campaign planning and execution.
· Lead on PR-related content, managing platforms and ensuring all relevant imagery and assets are uploaded and optimised.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong attention to detail, a genuine passion for social media, and a keen awareness of current trends. An eye for design – particularly within interiors – will be essential in this role.
You will have proven experience in social media content creation, ideally gained within a similar role, and feel confident managing multiple platforms. This position offers excellent scope for growth and development within Pacific for the right candidate.
Strong experience in paid social, particularly across Meta and Pinterest, is essential. You should be confident in building and optimising campaigns, tracking performance, and reporting on results to drive continuous improvement.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is key, alongside strong organisational skills and the confidence to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
