Due to increase in demand and a reputation for excellence our small stafford based business is expanding! We are looking for an experienced landscaper and a labourer to form our first HP contracting team, working to high standards and an attention to detail to transform clients gardens into a dream living space. we are offering an opportunity to grow with the company, as we scale larger with more teams the right candidate will have the opportunity for promotion to landscape manager, overseeing the teams.

Responsibilities
- creating beautiful landscapes using a variety of materials including hard and soft landscaping
- Operating power tools such as drills, grinders, saws etc.
- be able to lay porcelain and natural stone patios, build pergolas, lay blockwork and brickwork install aco channels and have general knowledge of subbase ground prep.
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- experience in fencing and decking installation
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised at all times
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
- Laying of natural stone walling advantageous but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of horticulture or gardening principles is beneficial
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A valid driver’s licence is essential
