Due to organic growth we are looking to expand and add a key member staff to the team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Co-ordinator specialising in Service, Repairs, and Maintenance for our Head Office based in Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the sales process, supporting customer service efforts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and IT proficiency to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the sales processes and systems within the department
- Report back to management on sales performance within the department
- Contact clients to follow up on maintenance, repairs and sales quotations
- Contact new and existing customers/sites in relation to quoting for maintenance of equipment
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Produce maintenance, spares, and repair quotations
- Translate Sales quotations to digital on company CRM software
- Upload orders onto company CRM software
- To continually develop product and technical knowledge
- Assist with the administration of the SRM planner
- Provide support to other areas of the department when colleagues are absent or on holiday
- Other ad hoc duties as required and the ability/willingness to develop the role
