In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll combine venue sourcing expertise with proactive sales, client outreach, and account management. As well as sourcing venues and negotiating rates, you’ll nurture a portfolio of client accounts, generate new business, and grow revenue across the company, playing an integral role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving commercial success.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, proactively manage enquiries, and build strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and account growth. Alongside event delivery, you’ll take an active role in outreach and lead generation, supporting wider business development, marketing activity, and additional revenue opportunities across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
▸ Collaborate with clients to source venues across the UK and internationally, including unique and non-traditional spaces, that align with their objectives and Bien Venue’s standards.
▸ Manage a portfolio of client enquiries, delivering a proactive, consultative, and high-quality customer experience throughout the booking journey.
▸ Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, conducting regular account reviews and check-ins to strengthen relationships, maximise retention, and drive repeat business and account growth.
▸ Proactively reach out to existing and prospective clients through targeted calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new meetings and event bookings, follow up on leads, and promote Bien Venue’s services.
▸ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Bien Venue’s services to maximise the value of every enquiry and account.
▸ Maintain accurate records of client activity, enquiries, and pipeline within the CRM, tracking progress against personal and team sales targets.
▸ Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, taking a consultative, sales-led approach throughout the booking journey.
▸ Take ownership of enquiries from initial brief through to confirmation, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout.
▸ Negotiate competitive rates, favourable contract terms, and added value with venues and suppliers.
▸ Prepare high-quality proposals, venue presentations, and client-facing documents in line with company standards and branding.
▸ Support wider business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns, industry networking, and promotional activity.
▸ Assist in identifying and developing new revenue streams across the business, including supplier partnerships, referral opportunities, and complimentary event services.
▸ Attend site visits, industry showcases, networking events, and familiarisation trips to maintain strong industry knowledge and supplier relationships.
▸ Support the planning and delivery of meetings and events, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout, including the possibility of on-site support.
▸ Show initiative by taking the lead on sales opportunities through proactive lead generation, enquiry conversion, and account development activities.

▸ Previous experience within events, hospitality, venue sourcing, sales support, or customer service is desirable but not essential
▸ A confident, target-driven approach with a genuine appetite for sales and account growth
▸ Comfortable with proactive outreach, including calls and emails to new and existing clients
▸ Commercially minded with an interest in sales and account growth
▸ Previous experience within events, hospitality, venue sourcing, or customer service.
▸ Previous experience within a sales team is desirable, but not essential.
▸ Previous experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Opera or similar.
