Stockport | Full-Time, Permanent | £25,500 Basic + Commission

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our well-established and successful independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, friendly, and ambitious team.

What Makes This Role Different

Your own dedicated Assistant, taking calls and handling admin so you're not buried in paperwork between appointments.
A company car during working hours, so getting to viewings and valuations is never the bottleneck.
A Viewing Rep covering the legwork, freeing you up to focus on what actually moves deals forward, landlords, tenants, and closing.

The Role

You'll own the lettings process end to end from first enquiry through to keys in hand making sure landlords and tenants both get a smooth, professional experience along the way.

Building and nurturing your own applicant database, developing a strong pipeline of quality tenants and matching them with suitable properties.
Managing the full lettings journey from initial enquiry through to move-in.
Carefully selecting suitable tenants and progressing applicants.
Keeping landlords and tenants in the loop at every stage of the process.
Working hand-in-hand with the Property Management team to coordinate move-ins smoothly.
Keeping a sharp focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs

£25,500 basic salary plus commission.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30, and Friday, 09:00–17:00. The role also requires working one Saturday in every four from 10:00–14:00, with time off in lieu provided for each Saturday worked.

About You

At least 1 year's lettings experience.
Full UK driving licence.
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine work ethic.
