As our business continues to, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lettings Associate to join our team. The Role
As a Junior Lettings Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the leasing process from initial enquiry through to move-in. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience while learning all aspects of the lettings journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to build a successful career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries & Tenant Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, web portals, and social media.
- Provide prospective tenants with accurate information about available properties and developments.
- Follow up on all leads and enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities.
Viewings & Property Tours
- Arrange and assist with property viewings.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of developments.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for prospective tenants.
- Gather and report viewing feedback to the wider team.
Administration & CRM Management
- Update applicant details, viewing notes, and tenancy progress.
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and tracked efficiently.
- Support the preparation and processing of tenancy applications.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Attend team meetings and contribute updates on enquiries, viewings, and applications.
- Support wider business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.

Desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or administration.
