The SeniorFacilities Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high-quality,compliant facilities management services across site(s), ensuring alignmentwith client expectations and CBRE governance standards.
The rolecombines hands-on operational coordination with leadership responsibility,including direct management of Facilities Coordinators and/or site-based teams,driving service performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities People Management &Leadership
Directline management of Facilities Coordinators and site-based FM support staff
Conductperformance management, appraisals, and development planning
Supportteam wellbeing, engagement, and productivity, promoting a strong one-teamculture
Manageabsence, annual leave, and resource planning
Delivertraining requirements including QHSE, contractor management, and systems
Act asdeputy to the Facilities Manager(s) Service Delivery &Operations
Overseeday-to-day FM service delivery ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
Manageplanned and reactive maintenance workflows
Lead workorder prioritisation, tracking and closure
Conductsite inspections and walkthroughs
Act asprimary point of contact for site stakeholders Contractor & SupplierManagement
Managecontractor performance and compliance with QHSE and RAMS
Coordinatecontractor activity and quality checks
Supportprocurement, PO creation and invoice validation
Monitorsupplier performance against SLAs Compliance, QHSE &Governance
Ensurecompliance with CBRE QHSE standards and statutory requirements
Maintainrisk assessments, logbooks and statutory records
Supportinternal and external audits
Promote astrong safety culture Client & StakeholderManagement
