Job Title: Site Supervisor
Role overview: To ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of RGI Architectural Design projects by coordinating site activities, maintaining project quality and compliance standards, and delivering excellent customer experience. The Site Coordinator will oversee project progression against agreed specifications and programmes following handover from the Project and Design Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-site activities from project initiation through to completion, ensuring projects progress efficiently and on schedule.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Projects and wider project team on programme status, potential delays, site issues, and any required revisions to project schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing progress updates, managing expectations, and addressing queries or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade teams, ensuring clear communication, effective scheduling, and alignment with project objectives.
- Act as the key liaison between site teams and RGI, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor workmanship and site quality, ensuring all works meet designer specifications, client expectations, and RGI standards.
- Ensure compliance with current CDM regulations and company procedures through regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety requirements, including PPE, site inductions, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Report incidents, accidents, near misses, or safety concerns immediately to the Head of Projects and participate in regular safety audits and inspections.
- Coordinate waste management, welfare facilities, and other site requirements as specified by the client.
- Work closely with the warehouse and installation teams to coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.
- Ensure all compliance documentation, including subcontractor insurance certificates, RAMS, and competency records, is current and available for inspection.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimise impacts on programme, cost, quality, or safety.
- Resolve site issues efficiently and escalate where necessary to maintain project progress.
- Provide practical support and undertake additional duties as required to ensure successful project delivery.

- Experience within a construction, fit-out, or trade environment desirable.
- Basic health and safety knowledge desirable.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
- Company van will be provided so full, clean driving license essential.
