Stockton Kia is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller.

We are looking for a driven, experienced service controller looking to step up. Our huge 12 Bay service department is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate to take their career to the next level.

About the Role
The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership and consists of Supervising and motivating our team of Service Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice. As well as Supervising the daily timekeeping of technicians and managing authorised absence to ensure a consistent level of attendance.

Person Specification

Ability to work calmly under pressured management and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of automotive technology, warranty systems would be beneficial.
The ability to exceed targets and deadlines is a must.
A full and valid UK driving licence.
Previous experience in a similar role.
