Job Introduction
Cawingredients Limited is a leading manufacturer in the soft drinks industry, dedicated to creating refreshing beverages that delight customers and uphold high standards of quality and innovation.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Demand Planner to join our Commercial Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate demand forecasting, production planning, and stock management to support business performance and customer satisfaction.
You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and suppliers, helping to optimise production plans, manage inventory levels, and respond quickly to changes in demand in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate production and demand plans

Analyse and adapt customer forecasts to align with business requirements

Communicate production plan changes effectively to key stakeholders

Support daily and weekly production planning meetings

Monitor stock levels, identify risks (e.g. shortages, slow-moving or obsolete items), and take proactive action

Maintain data accuracy in SAP and ensure optimal inventory levels across the network

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Provide planning and procurement support across the wider team when required

Lead or contribute to customer meetings from a planning perspective

Take ownership of specific customer accounts and stock forecasting

Continuously seek opportunities to improve planning accuracy and processes
About You
You are an organised and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience with SAP (and Accellos desirable)
