General Manager Opportunity – Beautiful Village Country Pub & Restaurant – Leicestershire

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Live-In Accommodation + Performance Bonuses

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of a thriving country pub and restaurant in a picturesque Leicestershire village.

We are a small, family-run independent company operating eight successful hospitality venues, and we're looking for passionate, hands-on people to join our team and become part of our business family.

This is a fantastic opportunity for:

A Manager (typically Chef/Kitchen Manager and one Front of House Manager)
An experienced General Manager with strong food-led pub experience

Up to £35,000 per annum

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate(s) will have:

A Personal Licence (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience holding a Personal Licence
Minimum 2 years' experience managing a pub, restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage operation
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, stock control, and GP margins
Excellent front-of-house and customer service skills
Wine, cellar, and beverage knowledge
Strong leadership and team management abilities
A hands-on approach and passion for hospitality

We would particularly welcome applications from managers where:

One has strong kitchen/chef experience
One has strong front-of-house, bar, and management experience
