General Manager Opportunity – Beautiful Village Country Pub & Restaurant – Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Live-In Accommodation + Performance Bonuses
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of a thriving country pub and restaurant in a picturesque Leicestershire village.
We are a small, family-run independent company operating eight successful hospitality venues, and we're looking for passionate, hands-on people to join our team and become part of our business family.
This is a fantastic opportunity for:
- A Manager (typically Chef/Kitchen Manager and one Front of House Manager)
- An experienced General Manager with strong food-led pub experience

Package
- Up to £35,000 per annum

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate(s) will have:
- A Personal Licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience holding a Personal Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing a pub, restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage operation
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, stock control, and GP margins
- Excellent front-of-house and customer service skills
- Wine, cellar, and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- A hands-on approach and passion for hospitality
