EBY is looking for an organised, commercially aware Project Manager who can turn approved client work into clear, well-run projects that deliver successful outcomes for clients.
The role
As Project Manager, you will own the day-to-day delivery of live client projects.
You will make sure approved work is set up correctly, scheduled with the Studio Manager, coordinated across internal teams and external suppliers, checked before it goes to the client, and completed with clear approval.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep work moving, spot issues early, communicate clearly and keep Account Leads fully informed.
What you will be doing
- Set up approved jobs in the agency management platform, including job numbers, scope, timings, budgets, supplier costs and key approvals.
- Manage live project progress, task flow, milestones, feedback, amends and sign-off.
- Work with the Studio Manager to schedule work based on agreed timings and capacity.
- Coordinate designers, developers, SEO, PPC, PR, content creators and other specialists.
- Act as the main day-to-day delivery contact for larger live jobs, keeping the Account Lead copied in and updated.
- Coordinate external suppliers, including copywriters, printers, merchandise suppliers, event contractors and other production partners.
- Make sure supplier costs are recorded against the correct job.
- Work with the Studio Manager to review work before it goes to the client.
- Capture client feedback, manage amends and record final approval.
- Confirm with the Account Lead when work is complete or ready to invoice.
What we are looking for
You will need to be highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing several moving parts at once.
You should be comfortable working across different types of marketing activity and able to coordinate internal teams, external specialists, suppliers and clients.
Key skills and experience
- Project management experience, either in-house, or in a marketing, creative or digital agency.
- Experience managing multiple live jobs across different deadlines and contributors.
- Good understanding of design, web, content, digital, print and campaign delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing client delivery updates, feedback, amends and approvals.
- Able to spot risks, delays, missing information and scope changes early.
- Commercial awareness around budgets, time, supplier costs and profitability.
- Experience using an agency management, project management or workflow platform.
What success looks like
- Jobs are set up properly before work is scheduled.
- Project information, timings, costs and approvals are accurate.
- Account Leads are kept informed without having to chase.
- Internal teams and suppliers know what is needed and when.
- Work is checked before it is sent to the client.
- Client feedback, amends and approvals are managed clearly.
- Projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a standard clients are happy with.
