Epic Overseas Ltd is a leading international education and Emigration consultancy dedicated to helping students and professionals achieve their global Migration ambitions. We provide expert guidance on international admissions, Emigration pathways, and relocation services to destinations including Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the USA.
As we expand our Leicester office, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Emigration Advisor to support students and clients throughout their educational and Emigration journeys. We do not provide UK Immigration Services.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will provide professional advice to prospective students based in UK and Emigration clients, helping them identify suitable study opportunities and Emigration pathways. You will manage applications from initial consultation through to visa approval, ensuring excellent client service and compliance with Emigration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Admissions
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and their families.
- Assess academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through university and college admissions processes for canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany.
- Assist with preparation and submission of applications to partner institutions.
- Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and education partners.
- Support students with offer letters, enrolment procedures, and pre-departure guidance.
Emigration & Relocation Services
- Prepare and review applications for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients with supporting documentation and application requirements.
- Monitor changes in Emigration policies and provide up-to-date advice.
- Liaise with educational institutions, embassies, and relevant authorities where necessary.
- Ensure all applications are processed efficiently and within deadlines.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and recruitment events.
- Generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote company services through consultations, presentations, and networking activities.
- Contribute to achieving office recruitment and admissions targets.
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records and case management systems.
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and relevant education and Emigration regulations.
- Prepare reports and maintain application tracking systems.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and client services.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in student counselling, Processing international admissions, Emigration , or education consultancy.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with international students and diverse communities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UK, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, or European Emigration pathways.
- Experience using CRM or student management systems.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
