Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Dane View Care Home with Nursing in Leicester. This vital role involves managing front-desk activities and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing.
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules efficiently.
- Support administrative functions using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with residents' families.
- Support with onboarding new starters, ensuring the correct documents are collated
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall operational excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or reception roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Prior experience with data entry or clerical work is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be available to work 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, this will include some weekend working inline with business requirements.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
