Bring your expertise to a unique procurement role!

Not many procurement roles will have you procuring tasers, dogs and secret high-tech technology, but this opportunity is like no other!

As Procurement Officer with our Support Services team, you’ll provide advice on procurement procedures and contract management; running competitive supplier selection and seeing through the delivery of end-to-end tender processes.

You can make a real impact, ensuring Leicestershire Police have the resources they need to keep people safe.

What you’ll be doing

Providing professional advice and guidance to department and senior managers, Chief Officers and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner
Writing specifications and consulting with key stakeholders
Monitoring the performance of key contractors, providing reports, and taking any action needed
