Cut & Crease Operator
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Cut & Crease Operator to run a Novacut 106 3.0 Auto Platen Press working a double shift pattern. The operator shall be responsible for setting and operating the machine whilst ensuring maximum efficiencies and high-quality output.
A bit about you
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
· Experience of running Bobst & Iberica machines would be advantageous but not essential.
· Ability to cover overtime and holiday when required.
· Be able to work effectively as part of a team, whilst using your own initiative.
· Experience with Embossing / Debossing & Concora desirable.
· Attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· The making ready and running of the Cut & Crease machine.
· To maximise machine efficiencies.
· To achieve and maintain high quality standards.
· To ensure all QMS records are completed accurately and in full.
· To ensure the integrity of shop floor data collection.
· To complete Preventative Maintenance Schedule
· To complete and maintain high housekeeping standards within the area.
· To ensure running speeds are in line with KPI targets.
· To comply with the Company’s Human Resource Management Systems, Quality Management Systems and Health and Safety policies and Procedures.
