Job brief
We are looking for a motivated individual to work as receptionist and office administrator for our large/ busy camping , caravanning and boating site. The successful candidate will be required to work independently serving customers in our office, delivering high quality customer service as well as keep accounts and payments up to date. This role is best suited for computer sufficient individuals who are confident in Excel and Word type interfaces. We use a property management system which is easily learnt to manage our hospitality business. On site there are static caravans, boats, touring caravans, fishing and camping. Working hours will be Monday to Saturday on a self employment basis.
Responsibilities ·
- Payments and handling of fees, end of day banking ·
- Uploading and tracking customer payments
- Making phone calls and chasing payment
- Creating new bookings for new customers, scanning and organising agreements etc
Requirements
- Good customer service skills
- Minimum 5 GCSES must include English and Maths at a Grade C/5 or above
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication
- Confident in Excel and Word interfaces
