Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Join Our Expanding Team

Location: Leicester
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

With the addition of three brand-new ramps to our workshop, we’re looking for passionate Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics, and Automotive Engineers to join our friendly team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnosing and Repairing Vehicles: Maintain vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
eVHC Reporting: Conduct electronic visual health checks (eVHC) on vehicles and provide expert advice to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Parts and Maintenance: Procure parts, perform safety-related tests, and inspect work thoroughly.
Training and Mentorship: Participate in ongoing professional development and mentor apprentice technicians to shape the future of the automotive industry.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, statutory legislation, and health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals with:

A Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent).
A full UK driving license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
A collaborative attitude, customer service focus, and strong organizational skills.

Experience with specific manufacturers is an advantage but not essential.
