Personal Assistant
We are a growing group of companies operating across AI, technology, investment, and private client sectors. We are looking for a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder across both business and personal matters.
This is a trusted support role for someone who can manage details, protect time, stay ahead of tasks, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The right person will be polished, reliable, confident in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
The Role
As Personal Assistant, you will help keep the Founder organised across multiple businesses and responsibilities.
You will support with:
- Diary and calendar management
- Email, call, and message handling
- Travel, bookings, and logistics
- Meeting preparation and follow-ups
- Document organisation and admin systems
- Personal errands and day-to-day support
- Coordination with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Tracking deadlines, renewals, payments, and important tasks
- General business and personal administration
You will be expected to take ownership, use initiative, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and schedules
- Handle emails, calls, messages, and general correspondence professionally
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, bookings, and reservations
- Prepare meeting notes, agendas, documents, summaries, and follow-up actions
- Maintain organised files, records, receipts, documents, and admin systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, partners, clients, and internal team members
- Track deadlines, renewals, payments, personal tasks, errands, and follow-ups
- Assist with purchases, deliveries, events, and ad hoc requests
- Handle confidential personal, business, financial, and sensitive information
- Identify issues early and help improve day-to-day efficiency

- Confident managing calendars, emails, documents, and multiple priorities
- Polished and professional communication style
- Comfortable speaking with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members when required
- Able to work independently and follow through without being chased
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt when priorities change
- Comfortable using tools such as:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
- Notion
- Slack
- Zoom
- CRMs
- Calendar and task management systems
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator, Office Manager, Client Support Assistant, or similar role preferred
- Driving licence preferred if errands or in-person support are required

Pay: £25,500.00-£29,500.00 per year
