Do you have a passion for health and wellness?

We’re looking for a camera-confident Content Creator to join our creative team and become the face of our brands. In this role, you’ll produce high-quality, face-to-camera content across multiple brands, primarily for TikTok and Instagram.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content creation, confident on camera, and eager to develop their skills within a fast-growing and creative environment.

Reporting Line

This role will report directly to the Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive and work closely with the wider marketing and creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Film and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram, including face-to-camera videos, product showcases, and trend-led content.
Create engaging on-camera content and record voiceovers where required.
Select appropriate music, sounds, and creative elements for each piece of content.
Export and format content correctly for different social platforms.

Content Planning & Strategy

Generate creative content ideas aligned with current trends and brand strategy.
Research trends, formats, competitors, and emerging content styles.
Create simple scripts, hooks, shot lists, and filming plans.
Present content concepts and ideas for review and approval before filming.

Publishing & Community Support

Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and supporting copy for social content.
Schedule and publish content across TikTok and Instagram.
Prepare and post Instagram Stories, including polls and interactive content.
Assist with responding to comments and messages across social platforms.
Stay up to date with social trends, sounds, memes, and emerging content formats.

Brand & Platform Management

Follow brand guidelines across multiple brands and product categories.
Ensure content aligns with platform best practices, including TikTok and Instagram formatting requirements and safe zones.
Maintain compliance with advertising standards, brand requirements, and product claim regulations.
Submit all content for review and approval prior to scheduling/publishing to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Collaboration & Studio Organisation

Work closely with the wider marketing and design teams to support campaigns and content initiatives.
Request and organise product samples for content shoots.
Manage and organise content files, footage, and assets across devices and platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

Understanding of core video production principles, including composition, lighting, camera angles, pacing, and editing transitions.
Experience using CapCut and/or advanced editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification is preferred.
