Summary

'Financial Services Administration Support' is a vital role within our team which helps ensure smooth operational support within our firm. Located in Leicester, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to excellence and client trust. Join us to help uphold our high standards and support our clients’ financial success.

Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
Organize and maintain documentation, records, and correspondence.
Support the preparation of annual reports and documentation.
Coordinate communication between clients and advisors.
Contribute to maintaining compliance with ethical standards and company policies.
Help streamline office operations to improve efficiency.'

Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of financial planning processes is preferred.
Previous experience in a wealth management or financial advisory firm is advantageous.

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
