Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Full-Time Office Administrator to join our estate agency team. As Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales and lettings teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing general administrative and office support
Managing emails, telephone calls and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
Preparing and organising paperwork and documents
Supporting the sales and lettings teams with day-to-day tasks
Liaising with clients, applicants, landlords and other professionals
Assisting with property-related administration
Ensuring office processes are completed accurately and efficiently

Skills

Previous administrative experience is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Professional, friendly and confident when communicating with others
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Computer literate with good attention to detail
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment
Previous experience within estate agency or property would be advantageous, but is not essential
Previous administrative experience is essential
