We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Nursery Administrator to join our welcoming Aylestone team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and being at the heart of nursery life.

Your Role
As Nursery Administrator, you will:

Manage nursery enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
Support admissions, enrolment paperwork, and daily administration
Maintain accurate child and staff records using digital systems
Support the Nursery Manager with compliance and documentation
Assist with ordering supplies and office organisation
Build positive relationships with families, staff, and visitors

Have previous administration or receptionist experience
Are confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Have strong organisational and communication skills
Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Are professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
