Full job description

Elevata Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established used car dealership in Hinckley for an experienced Motor Trade Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy dealership where you’ll play a key role in keeping the sales administration process running smoothly.

The Role

Processing vehicle sales paperwork from start to finish
Taxing and registering vehicles
Managing finance and warranty documentation
Liaising with customers, finance companies and suppliers
Ensuring all compliance and vehicle records are accurate
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration

Requirements

Previous administration experience within the motor trade is essential
Experience working in a dealership environment
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Excel & Google Sheets is advantageous
