We’re growing our Bedworth driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond

Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.

What You’ll Get

£17.86 p/h (O/T: £21.08) Weekends: £26.03 p/h Unsocial Premium: £2.69 p/h (2000-0600)

Shift Information

Hours:40
Rota: AM - Sun - Wed - Thurs - Sun - Fri - Mon or Fri - Tues with start times between 05:00 - 09:00 (AM shifts)
Rota: PM shifts -Thurs - Mon or Fri - Tues with start times between 12:00 -14:00
Rota - PM shifts - Sat - Tues with start times between 12:00 - 15:00 (PM)

The Role - Store Deliveries

You’ll be delivering stock safely and efficiently to M&S stores while providing a professional service at every location.

What you’ll be doing:

Completing store deliveries across the network
Carrying out vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
Representing Gist and M&S professionally on site

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
Driver CPC qualification
A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
Professional and safety-focused approach
Reliable, team-focused attitude
Comfortable with manual handling where required
