Structures Group is a specialist contractor delivering structural repairs, concrete remediation, heritage restoration and regeneration projects across the UK. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Concrete Repair Operative to join our expanding team.

The Role
You'll be involved in a wide range of structural concrete repair and refurbishment projects, working on commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure schemes.
Typical duties include:
- Breaking out defective concrete.
- Preparing reinforcement, including cleaning and applying corrosion protection.
- Carrying out structural concrete repairs using hand-applied and sprayed repair mortars.
- Applying protective coatings and waterproofing systems.
- Concrete reinstatement and finishing.
- Assisting with structural strengthening works.
- Working safely from scaffolding, MEWPs and other access systems.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety and workmanship.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in concrete repair or structural refurbishment.
- Good understanding of concrete repair techniques and materials.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to health and safety.
Desirable:
- Experience using products from manufacturers such as Fosroc, Sika or Weber.
- IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height qualifications.
- Confined Space or First Aid training.
- NVQ in Concrete Repair, Construction Operations or a related trade.

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
