Full job description

Handyperson needed to help maintain the property. The general duties include, but not limited to: assembling furniture, Painting and decorating, General maintenance, Keeping the premise looking respectable, ensure fire systems are working with weekly testing, organising and keeping track of the servicing equipment.

Having a full UK Driving License is a must.

20 hours per week. Needed in the Southend on Sea area. Please send your CV to us and we will be in contact for the right candidate.

Please note that all our staff require a DBS check which we will complete for the right applicant.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
