Jorja Revive is a growing healthcare and wellness business specialising in aesthetics, wellness pod therapies, pain management, and nurse-led clinical services.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and clinically experienced Clinic & Clinical Manager to help oversee the day-to-day running and growth of one of our clinics.
As the business is still in an exciting start-up and growth phase, we are looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, be proactive, and help drive the clinic forward operationally and clinically while working closely alongside the Operations Director.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing clinic operations, supporting staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance, and helping drive both patient satisfaction and business growth.
The Role
We are looking for someone with a clinical background who is confident managing a small clinic with the support of staff and senior management.
This is a hands-on role combining clinical oversight, operational management, patient care, and business support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, willing to learn, and capable of taking ownership and responsibility within the clinic.
Whilst previous management experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow within their career.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working within a fast-moving and evolving environment and who can help implement structure, consistency, and operational excellence as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Managing clinic diaries, bookings, and appointment flow
- Supporting with patient enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensuring the clinic remains organised, efficient, and professionally presented
- Assisting with stock management and clinical ordering
- Helping maintain operational processes and clinic standards
- Supporting onboarding and coordination of clinic staff
- Managing and resolving day-to-day operational issues
- Working closely with the Operations Director to support clinic growth and operational development
- Taking ownership of clinic performance and helping drive the business forward
Clinical Responsibilities
- Supporting clinical operations and patient care
- Ensuring high clinical standards are maintained throughout the clinic
- Assisting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Supporting the wider clinical team when needed
- Maintaining accurate patient records and compliance standards
- Helping create a positive, safe, and professional patient environment
- Supporting delivery of aesthetics, wellness, pain management, and nurse-led services
Business & Growth Support
- Supporting patient satisfaction and retention
- Helping improve clinic performance and operational efficiency
- Assisting management with clinic growth initiatives
- Monitoring bookings, clinic utilisation, and operational performance
- Taking ownership of responsibilities and contributing to the long-term success of the clinic
- Supporting the financial growth and development of the clinic
- Helping identify opportunities to improve patient experience and operational processes
Requirements
Essential
- Clinical background within healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or a related environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional and patient-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
- Comfortable managing a small team and clinic operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hard-working, proactive, and reliable
- Confident using computer systems and clinic software
- Based in Essex or able to commute reliably
Desirable
- Previous clinic management or supervisory experience
- Experience within a private healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness environment
- Knowledge of booking systems or practice management software
- Experience with stock ordering and operational administration
- Understanding of patient journey and customer experience management

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
