- Craft a variety of high-quality cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations and guidance on drink selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cocktail bartender of minimum one year experience, strong understanding of cocktails is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a POS system.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- For the Supervisor position personal licence preferred
