Exterior Cleaner / Window Cleaner / Pressure Washer

DMC Facilities Management Ltd is expanding!

We're a well-established, family-run cleaning and maintenance company based in Bedfordshire, known for our reliability, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. With a prestigious and diverse client portfolio across the UK, no two days are ever the same.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and build a long-term career in specialist cleaning and facilities management. You'll work with industry-leading equipment, including our spider lift and truck-mounted cherry picker, carrying out work on everything from residential properties to high-profile commercial and industrial sites nationwide.

What We're Looking For

A full UK driving licence is essential
A motivated, physically fit individual who enjoys working outdoors
Someone who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to get stuck in
Previous cleaning, maintenance, construction, landscaping, or outdoor working experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Willingness to travel and occasional early starts when required

Full-time position (approximately 9am–5pm, with seasonal variations)
