Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic, welcoming environment! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
Take orders from guests accurately and ensure timely delivery to maintain a lively pace
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible serving practices
Manage cash transactions and handle point-of-sale systems efficiently
Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards
Ability to serve drinks confidently while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
Effective communication skills to interact clearly with team members and guests
Familiarity with restaurant or bar operations, including POS systems and inventory management
