JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on delivering measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in SEO, B2B marketing, and project management to drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal applicant will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for analysis and optimisation.

As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to help drive customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimisation of our paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels.You will be responsible for driving profitable customer growth through Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid media platforms while working closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Paid and Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities for growth and improved performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
Manage significant advertising budgets with a focus on profitability and growth.
Develop audience, creative and offer testing frameworks.
Track and report on ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV and Contribution Margin.
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
Work closely with creative, CRM, eCommerce and Finance teams.
Identify and scale new customer acquisition opportunities.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

5+ years in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven eCommerce experience.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and attribution.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Apparel, fashion, sportswear or consumer brand experience.
TikTok advertising experience.
Shopify experience.
Triple Whale, Northbeam or GA4 experience.
International market experience.
