Financial & Protection Adviser (Self-Employed)

Location: Ashford, Kent (Office Based) With Hybrid Working
Employment Type: Self-Employed
Remuneration: Competitive Self-Employed Package with Excellent Revenue Share

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Financial & Protection Adviser to join our Ashford office.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious adviser who enjoys building lasting client relationships while being supported with high-quality leads and a collaborative team environment.

You will provide holistic financial planning advice with a particular focus on:

Pensions
Investments
ISAs and General Investment Accounts
Protection Planning
Life Insurance
Critical Illness Cover
Income Protection
Family and Business Protection
Estate and Retirement Planning

About You

The successful candidate will:

Hold a minimum of the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Be authorised to provide regulated financial advice or capable of becoming authorised.
Have proven experience advising clients on investments, pensions and protection.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
Be highly organised with excellent communication skills.
Be professional, personable and client focused.
Have the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to client meetings where required.

Desirable

CAS (Competent Adviser Status).
Existing client bank (although not essential).
Experience using Quilter or other adviser platforms.
Experience working within an independent or restricted advice firm.
