We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our Newcastle team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about online retail, digital operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily e-commerce operations across online sales platforms
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor website performance and support online merchandising activities
- Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promotional campaigns
- Track sales performance and prepare operational reports
- Ensure product information and digital content remain accurate and up to date
- Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital operations, or administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing or online merchandising is an advantage
